A Constitutional System for Truth, Accountability, and Human Flourishing
The Liberation Framework is not a doctrine, religion, or political ideology. It is a framework for verifiable truth, accountable power, public record integrity, and correctable systems.
What Liberation Is
Liberation is a systems-level proposal for restoring public truth, institutional accountability, and human flourishing through transparent, auditable, and correctable civic structures.
It does not ask the public to believe. It asks systems to prove, preserve, disclose, correct, and account.
Truth-First Governance
Evidence and factual integrity must outrank convenience, prestige, institutional self-protection, and political theater.
Accountable Power
No office, institution, corporation, official, or synthetic system should exercise power beyond review, record, challenge, and correction.
Public Record Integrity
Public decisions require traceable records, redaction discipline, evidence hooks, and mechanisms for contestability.
Correctable Systems
A system that cannot identify and correct error will eventually defend falsehood as order.
Current Canon Release Notice
The Liberation Foundation for Peace has updated the current public Canon stack. Readers should now treat the following four works as the current public-facing Canon materials:
- The Liberation Codex (TLC) v1.4
- The Liberation Global Constitution (TLGC) v1.2
- The Liberation Constitutional Companion (TLCC) v1.1
- The Liberation-Aligned Justice System (TLAJS) v1.9
These documents are available through the Liberation Archive.
Older files, pages, drafts, or references may remain online for archival continuity, but they should not be treated as current unless expressly identified as current.
Nothing on this site creates binding legal, governmental, institutional, justice-system, or civic authority by publication alone. Any implementation requires lawful authority, due process, jurisdiction-specific analysis, public legitimacy, and voluntary or legally valid adoption.
Liberation does not require blind belief. It invites examination, correction, and accountable public review.
The Framework Stack
| Layer | Function | Public Use |
|---|---|---|
| The Declaration of Liberation (TDL) | Moral and civic opening | Introduces the purpose without binding legal force |
| The Liberation Codex (TLC) | Philosophical foundation | Explains why present systems fail |
| The Liberation Global Constitution (TLGC) | Constitutional operating system | Defines rights, duties, PRAS, federation logic, and anti-capture rules |
| The Liberation Constitutional Companion (TLCC) | Public legibility layer | Makes the constitutional structure easier to understand |
| The Liberation-Aligned Justice System (TLAJS) | Justice architecture | Addresses classification, review, elite criminality, synthetic systems, and fiscal sufficiency |
| Applied Texts | Method in practice | Demonstrates adversarial scrutiny, evidence review, and public accountability |
