Making the Constitution Readable

A Citizen’s Guide to Truth-Aligned Governance

A Constitution that cannot be understood by the people cannot fully serve the people.

The Global Liberation Constitution establishes the operative architecture of Liberation: dignity, conscience, public record, evidence-linked power, digital rights, responsible artificial intelligence, due process, contestability, and correctability.

But architecture alone is not enough.

A truth-aligned civilization cannot depend upon expert priesthoods, legal monopolies, hidden interpretive traditions, or professional gatekeepers to explain the rules by which people are governed.

The Liberation Constitutional Companion exists to make the Constitution readable, teachable, discussable, and practically adoptable.

Why the Companion Exists

The Companion is not a replacement for the Global Liberation Constitution. It is not superior to the Constitution, and it does not alter operative constitutional text.

Its role is explanatory.

It translates the constitutional architecture into plain civic language so that ordinary readers can understand why the framework exists, how its parts fit together, and how communities might begin to adopt it.

The Constitution defines the structure. The Companion opens the structure to public understanding.

The Problem It Answers

Modern governance often hides behind complexity. Laws become unreadable. Procedures become inaccessible. Records become scattered. Technical systems become opaque. Citizens are told that experts understand what ordinary people cannot.

That pattern is incompatible with Liberation.

If public power must show its work, then the people must be able to understand the work being shown.

If laws are to be contestable, then citizens must be able to read them.

If records are to preserve truth, then people must be able to follow the chain from claim to evidence, from evidence to decision, and from decision to remedy.

The Companion’s Civic Function

The Liberation Constitutional Companion serves five civic purposes:

Its purpose is not to simplify Liberation into slogans. Its purpose is to make the architecture accessible without falsifying it.

The Reader’s Invitation

Read the Companion as an entry guide.

Use it to understand the Global Liberation Constitution before entering the full operative text.

Use it to explain the framework to others.

Use it to ask whether your own city, school, cooperative, institution, or community could begin preserving truth through record, evidence, and review.

The Companion asks a practical question:

What would governance look like if ordinary people could actually see, understand, contest, and correct the powers that affect their lives?

That question is the civic doorway into the Constitution.

Correctable Power in Plain Language

The choice is not between blind trust in technology and blind destruction of it. The choice is between unaccountable power and correctable power.

The Companion exists so that correctable power can be understood before it is adopted.

It is the bridge between constitutional design and civic comprehension.

Choose Correctable Power.
